My previous property of twelve (12) years was located in Alliston Ontario and had two ponds, one pond having a 16' Koenders single diaphragm free air windmill installed when we purchased the home. During these twelve (12) years the only maintenance performed on this windmill was greasing the rotating fan and leveling the windmill at the steel anchor post. The oxygen input into the pond was very good with minor wind conditions and excellent when heavier winds prevailed. Pond surface water agitation was nearly always visible with the littlest of winds. Randy's Pond Services have previously installed a number of Koenders Free Air Windmills. The installation consisting of three sono-tube/concrete foundations, erecting the 12', 16' or 20' galvanized frame, erecting/install the rotating fan/tail assembly, positioning and leveling the windmill upright, trenching/placing/covering the airlines, placing weighted airlines in water and adjusting air pressure/testing. The assembly requires approximately 24 hours involving two workers.
